At this multi-day virtual event, PACE engaged Joshua Seth as their Virtual Emcee to host National Customer Service Week, a 5 day virtual event featuring speakers from Sales Force, Estee Lauder, and Dominos.

This event’s theme was – Celebrating the HEART of Service. Customer service professionals who work with H.E.A.R.T. create positive experiences for customers by: Helping others, Exceeding expectations, Achieving goals, Responding with care, and Thriving through teamwork.

As the Virtual Emcee, Joshua ensured a high-energy, smoothly run, fun and professional experience for the attendees of this multi-day online event.

Joshua created a fun and engaging experience for event attendees with comedy, magic, and prize giveaways. He also introduced and interviewed VIPs, provided recaps of each day’s sessions, and provided production elements that elevated the event experience to something more like a TV talk show with entertainment, guests, and prizes rather than a 5 day Zoom meeting.
