Thank you for posting that video. I’m hoping to get that book for Christmas! I’m excited.
I appreciate how you stress the importance of water. Too many people don’t realize that guzzling down sugary drinks (most of them loaded with caffein) can dehydrate you.
The only other people I know of who stress the importance of proper hydration are Marines. When I was a Marine, they used to actually threaten us with the “silver bullet” if we fell out of a run due to dehydration. I’ll let you figure out what the “silver bullet” is ;)

Thanks for your contribution to Take Charge of Your Health Care Carnival. Your video is a good reminder of the role that drinking water before a meal can play in helping you feel full. Thanks for reminding us that many sugary and caffeine laden drinks are diuretics which will make you feel more thirsty.
