Combining waking hypnosis, neuro linguistic programming, thought reading, and hypnotic influence and persuasion techniques Joshua is able to create an atmosphere of impossibility that will absolutely freak you out.
Some of the highlights of Joshua’s mindreading show include:
- While blindfolded Joshua plays a game of russian roulette with a 6″ spike hidden under 1 of 5 styrofoam cups (4 of which he smashes with his bare hands)
- A $100 dollar game show style challenge is played with 3 members of the audience where hypnotic persuasion and influence is used to influence their choices
- The final contestant from the challenge above gets one more chance to win the money with a rapid fire game of “what hand is the coin in” culminating in an impossible outcome that has to be seen to be believed
- Random members of the audience have their minds read (with NO bowl of written slips of paper on the stage!)
- A phone book, a bunch of student activities members, and a sealed envelope. It’ll bring the house down
- Finally: a prediction is revealed that matches a cruise vacation imagined by 4 members of the audience (or the show is Free!)
- As an Encore: Joshua will stop his pulse, die for 1 minute, and come back to life.
